• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Delaware.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy assessments and interventions for school-age children.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth in the field of occupational therapy.

Compensation: $35-$38/hr Schedule: 37.5hrs/week Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop therapy plans for students referred for occupational therapy services.
• Provide direct therapy addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and team members to implement strategies supporting students' functional performance.
• Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to students' educational goals.
• Provide consultation and recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records and stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
