Responsibilities
• Performing services in the Skin Room, Pod or Bar • Meeting or exceeding sales goals for skin services and skincare products • Representing the image, products, and culture of Ulta Beauty's skincare brands • Supporting the Services Manager through focus on service/retail sales • Demonstrating and selling prestige skin and makeup products • Developing guest relationships through consultations and retail recommendations • Participating in regular training and staying informed about industry trends • Maintaining compliance with company and state board policies • Booking guests' appointments and adhering to tester standards • Wearing a company-provided smock and maintaining continuous mobility during shift
Requirements
• Possess an Esthetician or Cosmetology license • Demonstrated proficiency in salon techniques for facials and waxing • Proficiency with makeup application skills and equipment • Strong consultation and sales skills • Engaging personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays • Ability to attend brand sponsored trainings and meetings
