Sr Analyst - People Analytics

Job Description

• Creates reports within HR Systems as necessary by understanding business needs internal/external to HR
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and analytical goals
• Interpret people data analytics, including providing insight to turnover, engagement, exit interviews, and benefit data
• Analyzes data, identifies trends, and provide actionable recommendations for the business
• Ensures meaningful and actionable report output
• Interpret and communicate data to stakeholders
• Create and schedule delivery of standard reports to gain efficiencies
• Develops dashboards and other visual data management tools to easily communicate data and trends
• Create complex formulas and functions to automate data analysis and calculations
• Conduct quality audits to ensure data integrity and ease of reporting
• Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports
• Promotes a data-driven culture
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of previous experience in data analytics, preferably in Human Resource, Hospitality, Casino, or Gaming
• Previous experience building data visualizations and/or certification in data visualization
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and functions
• Previous experience with HCMS software
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
• Previous experience in query report writing and ability to read and write in SQL preferred
• Ability to run, edit, and create macros preferred
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
