In this role, you'll utilize your strong communication skills and sales expertise to engage potential leads over the phone, uncover new opportunities, and drive meaningful conversations for our clients. If you're passionate about outbound calling for lead generation, event registration, appointment setting, collections, or fundraising, we want to hear from you!**Schedule Requirements:** Flexible hours available, either part-time or full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT. **What You'll Do:**- Conduct B2B telemarketing campaigns on behalf of our clients, identifying qualified leads and opportunities.
- Utilize customized scripts to effectively communicate the technical and business benefits of our client's products/services.
- Establish rapport with potential leads to gather essential information.
- Develop and execute daily plans to optimize phone interaction time.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned goals within specified timelines.
- Analyze scripts and processes, listen to calls, and propose innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency. **Who You Are:**- Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Results-driven with the ability to persevere through challenges.
- Excellent attendance record and reliability.
- Agile professional comfortable in fast-paced environments, adept at adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs. **Tech Requirements:** To fulfill the duties of this position, you must meet the following tech requirements: - Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Mac OS.
- Intel i3 processor or equivalent.
- 8GB RAM.
- 250GB hard drive storage.
