Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Masters Level Trainee in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to join our team. This position is ideal for students currently enrolled in a BCBA program who are looking to gain practical experience and mentorship in the field of ABA. As a BCBA in training at Infinite Therapy Services, you will work under the supervision of experienced BCBAs, providing direct therapy, conducting assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals
• Participate in regular supervision meetings and training sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a BCBA program with completed coursework in ABA
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
