Triage Specialist

This is a contract opportunity.

This is an in-office opportunity in Seattle, WA.

 

About this position

This role is integral to ensuring the optimal performance and quality of Ads. As a Triage Specialist, you will play a critical role in assessing, investigating, and enhancing the quality of our Ads products, ultimately contributing to the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to evaluate the quality and performance of Ads products.
• Analyze and communicate potential risks associated with product launches to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of investigation findings for reference and analysis.
• Collaborate with beta users and cross-functional teams including Product, Software, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to identify root causes of product bugs and issues.

 

Skills/Requirements

• Effective communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate with team members.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies to adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve product quality issues efficiently.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to quickly adapt to changing processes and priorities.
• Keen product sense and meticulous attention to detail to ensure comprehensive investigation and resolution of product quality concerns.

Additional Information

:

• 12-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting

Pay/Salary Range:

• Pay Range: $24-$28/hour
