Turnaround Field Coordinator

Turnaround Field Coordinator:

Provides oversight for the Turnaround execution. Through the use of Global Turnaround Methodology (GTM), ensures the appropriate and timely involvement of all functions critical to the success of the turnaround. Constancy of purpose, timely approvals/decisions, and closure on issues are key responsibilities. Requires broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Supports and maintains the turnaround schedules.

• Forecasts turnaround resource loads and coordinates with contract service to ensure proper staffing levels.

• Leads turnaround teams to develop and implement plans for a series of turnarounds in each of the plants.

• Controls the cost and timing of the turnaround to meet the business and site needs.

• Supports core turnaround team to ensure work coordination, planning, scheduling, cost management, material management, operations rep, project rep, and shared services are working together in pre-TA activities, TA execution, and Post TA activities.

  Experience

• Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (i.e. Associate's Degree) plus turnaround, manufacturing or other related experience. In lieu of degree, equivalent years of experience required.
