Vice President - Sales

Rely Services, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm with a focus on client success, is searching for a seasoned Vice President of Sales to join our team. In this role, you will: Lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the mid-market outsourcing space (finance, healthcare, insurance).
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings align with client needs and market trends.
Identify and pursue profitable business opportunities, exceeding sales targets and achieving annual revenue goals of $3-$5 million.
We're looking for someone who: Has 10+ years of experience in sales leadership and building successful client relationships.
Possesses strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrates a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative solutions.
