Position Overview

Video Codec Developer/Integrator

Requirements :

As a Video Codec Developer/Integrator, you will be responsible for developing and integrating video codecs to enhance our video processing capabilities. You will work with a dynamic team of engineers and collaborate on various projects to deliver high-performance video solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate video codecs such as H.26x, H.264, H.265, VP9, AV1, and others.
• Work with FFMPEG to process and manipulate video streams.
• Implement and optimize video codecs for performance under Linux environments.
• Apply basic concepts of Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) in video processing projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video codec integration and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated video solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to video codec development and integration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the development and/or integration of video codecs (H.26x, H.264, H.265, VP9, AV1, etc.).
• Basic integration knowledge under Linux environments.
• Proficiency in using FFMPEG for video processing.
• Understanding of basic concepts of RTOS (any RTOS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional video codecs and streaming protocols.
• Familiarity with hardware acceleration technologies.
• Knowledge of video compression standards and algorithms.
• Experience with software development tools and version control systems.
