VP/Director, Analytics

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Card Analytics team in Charlotte, NC. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our newly established credit card business. Role Overview: You will spearhead the development of our analytics team for the recently launched credit card business. Your responsibilities will encompass credit card originations, marketing analytics, and partner management. Key Responsibilities: Drive growth in new acquisitions while ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
Develop targeting strategies across various channels to enhance new account growth and reduce acquisition costs.
Cultivate relationships with third-party affiliate partners.
Identify and establish new channels for new account bookings.
Conduct NPV valuations at the channel and segment levels.
Collaborate with Underwriting and Product teams to optimize booking rates.
Work closely with internal teams to inform and structure card acquisition-related data science models.
Design and oversee ongoing product and creative tests.
Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Design teams to enhance the customer experience in the application process.
Build and nurture a team of analysts to support the long-term growth of the card product.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (required) and a minimum of 8 years' experience in analytics leadership roles, with significant exposure to credit cards and Fintech.
Advanced Degree (preferred).
Extensive experience in building and managing marketing analytics teams within the credit card industry.
Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques to drive business outcomes, preferably within credit cards and fintechs.
Knowledge of consumer-lending best practices, including advanced statistical techniques and data sources.
Familiarity with digital strategies across financial products and services.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
