Our sole objective has been to increase the effectiveness and safety of IV treatment for more than thirty years. We establish connections between patients and caregivers through safe, life-saving, and life-improving IV treatment systems, software, solutions, and consumables. After finalizing a couple of acquisitions over five years ago, we became the only business to concentrate completely on IV therapy across the whole spectrum of medical care.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team for our facility in Austin, a fully functional pharmaceutical production facility for sterile injectables. The successful candidate should have a solid background in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and warehouse operations. Previous experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices is preferred, along with APICS certifications!

Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including staff management, inventory control, and safety protocols. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for ensuring all warehouse operations are efficient and compliant with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and customer service levels.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Implement and manage Lean Manufacturing principles and execute Kaizen projects.
• Develop and maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of stock updates.
• Oversee the reception, storage, and delivery of stock.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse role with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S principles.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• APICS certification or similar preferred!
