Director of Supply Chain

  Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Supply Chain to oversee our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The Director of Supply Chain will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that optimize production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

• Direct and coordinate production, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution activities.

• Implement new or improved supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, negotiating prices and terms as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet product distribution needs.

• Analyze inventories to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, and optimize customer service.

• E-commerce Platforms : Proficiency in Shopify , TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Meta, ensuring seamless management and optimization of online stores.

• MRP and ERP Software : Expertise in materials requirements planning and enterprise resource planning software to streamline and optimize operational processes.

• Microsoft Office Suite : Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, enabling the creation of detailed reports, impactful presentations, and efficient data management.

• Specialized Software : Experience with inventory management, project management, and financial analysis software, ensuring precise tracking, effective project execution, and insightful financial decision-making.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior supply chain role
