Job Description

To assist in the picking/packing of finished goods and the loading unloading and storage of both finished goods and raw materials.

Job Duties

* Pick and pack goods to ensure that they correspond with the pick- ticket received and that the order is in accordance with customer guidelines.

 

* Manually load/unload deliveries of finished goods and raw materials.

 

* Store goods in appropriate section of warehouse as directed.

 

* Accurately process various transactions utilizing warehouse management systems as necessary.

 

* Monitor product quality and report any problems to Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager.

 

* Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and maintain an accurate log of activity.

 

* Adhere to all policies and procedures.

 

* Observe all health safety and hygiene rules.

 

* Maintain a clean working environment.

 

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* High school diploma or equivalent.

 

* Able to work Overtime as needed in order to support the business needs.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Related work experience in warehousing and distribution preferred.

 

* Basic Math Skills.

 

* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

 

* The ability to lift 50 lbs.
