Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Interested in working for an employee-focused, steel fabricator with a state-of-the-art facility and equipment? We are hiring Metal Finishers and Assemblers to join the team of such a Company.

How will you spend your time?

• Finish precision welded parts with grinders, sanders, and polishers.
• Assemble finished parts per work plans and within quality standards.
• Move, organize, and stage materials utilizing large industrial forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Prepare finished product for shipping.

• A work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
• Meaningful relevant experience, preferably in the heavy manufacturing industry.
• Proficient use and application of grinders, sanders, and polishers.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good English communication skills.
• Full physical abilities (strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.

• Work schedule 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, (45-hour work week).
• Starting Compensation: $19 to $24 hr., plus benefits.
• Work in a state-of-the-art fabrication facility.
