JOB SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of the role is to fulfill Ecommerce orders. Some of the associate responsibilities are storing materials, assembly kits, picking, packing, scanning orders, and shipping. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction, while adhering to all company and Store Policies, Procedures and Processes. The Associate will also be in charge of managing the returns of products and associated actions.

Returns
All other duties or projects as assigned
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Number of e-commerce orders fulfilled
Number of orders per hour / Time per order
Stock Accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE
1-2 yrs previous fulfilling direct to customer experience preferred (warehousing).
