Job Description - Practice Infrastructure

As a Practice Infrastructure - Data & Reporting - Sr. Associate , you will join a growing Global Practices organization that is focused on enabling core Middle Office functions build scalability and sustainability. You will assist in mobilization, prioritization and execution of strategic reporting priorities for the Practice Leadership organization. In addition, you will evaluate and measure success and outcomes back to internal stakeholders. You will interface and collaborate with all levels and functions throughout the business. You should have a passion for using data to drive change, and operating with an "agile" mindset, driving and demonstrating progress, incrementally. You are client obsessed and passionate about building solutions that create positive experiences. You are comfortable and capable of working with multiple business partners and communicating with them at their level of analytical/technical understanding. Job responsibilities:
  • Support strategic initiatives through impactful reporting. Key responsibilities will include: managing multiple ad-hoc analytical requests, prioritize work accordingly, and partner with others to deliver to business priorities.
  • Maintain continuous focus on providing outstanding customer service centered around the end-user experience
  • Work across organizational boundaries with internal partners to ensure the delivery of quality products and services
  • Build relationships and establish credibility, which is founded on a detailed understanding of operational data and processes and foster an environment of trust with internal partners and their senior management, where issues are escalated, identified, and resolved effectively
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in a quantitative discipline (ex. Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field of study) or Master's degree preferred
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of one or more data & business intelligence concepts including ETL (e.g. Alteryx), Reporting Automation, and Dashboards (E.g. Tableau / Qlikview)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality analysis from diverse, complex data sources.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Experience in product and/or scrum management
  • Knowledge of digital automation / transformation or process engineering
  • Technical knowledge of data management, data platforms, or data warehousing preferred
Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting. Some travel required (20%) to visit internal partners.
