As an experienced member of our Software Engineering Group, w e look first and foremost for candidates who are self-motivated, curious, willing to learn and advance their skill set, and are passionate problem solvers. You will be part of a talented team of professionals who extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from disparate sources throughout the firm from flat files, databases, and web service APIs to our data warehouse for OLAP processing which supports a mature business intelligence tool that performs production management analytics using dashboards and visualization components. You will work with clients and with support staff to provide best in class solutions to data and visualization needs. You will also be part of strategic analysis to ensure best in class offerings to satisfy our clients' needs.


This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
  • Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages including JavaScript & .NET technologies
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Strong experience on React and Angular Frameworks
  • Strong understanding on UI/UX principles including accessibility standards
  • Hands on experience Jules/Jenkins tools
  • Experience with automation using Ansible
  • Good understanding on Cloud technologies including AWS / Cloud Foundry
  • Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and ETL concepts including full and incremental load strategies ideal but not required
  • Solid understanding of Cloud technologies including AWS / Cloud Foundry
  • Experience working with clients in resolving issues within appropriate timelines.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively with application owners and application development teams of source systems to triage and resolve data quality issues
  • Provide ongoing technical process documentation updates to assist knowledge, uniformity and continuity for the entire team
  • Perform access lifecycle management and compliance mandate tasks for application functional IDs
  • Drive application maturation by offering improvements that make the product better, faster and cheaper
