Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30pm

Term: Temp to hire

Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator position has an integral role, dealing both with customers, suppliers, freight companies and various key departments within the company. This position will ensure the orderly flow of assets throughout the warehouse process with an emphasis on Component / Program shipping and receiving, some distribution interaction, while ensuring quality standards are maintained.

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Managing inventory and ensuring accuracy of records.

• Fulfilling internal and external orders, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Maintaining materials in accordance with quality standards.

• Coordinating material and information to and from repair stations.

• Inspecting inbound shipments for accuracy and completing complex receipts.

• Preparing outbound shipments in compliance with regulations.

• Generating shipping documents and photographs.

• Scrapping materials as required.

• Responding to and shipping AOG (Aircraft on Ground) materials.

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and rotating stock.

• Communicating with warehouse leads, supervisors, and management.

• Adhering to all corporate safety policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.

• Have 6 months to 1 year of warehousing experience.

• Possess essential mathematical skills.

• Have 0-1 years of aviation experience (preferred).

• Have prior operational understanding of Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, MS Office, and related aviation software.

• Are forklift certified (preferred).

• Have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Can prioritize, organize, and plan tasks effectively.

• Have excellent problem-solving ability.

• Demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills.
