Accounting Intern - Description Royalties

Responsibilities

• Manage daily emails related to poker billing inquires and maintenance of SAP billing plans 
• Review daily Video Poker activities to ensure completeness and accuracy 
• Assist in review and audit of IGT owned airport machine activity 
• Prepare journal entries, customer royalty statements, reconciliations and reporting 
• Support Accounting month end close process by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with SOX Internal Controls 
• Support cash application and help assist with unapplied cash by working closely with the collection team 

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
• Experience with SAP or other Financial General Ledger software a plus
• Analytical, well-organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic and desire to learn
