CLINICAL INTERN SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

• 21+ years old
• Master's degree from an accredited program in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field
• Current License of Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• 5+ years of experience in the human services field
• Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external professionals from a variety of disciplines
• Ability to pass CARE and TCI training as well as apply their principles
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills

You're responsible for all aspects of our intern program, from interviewing and selecting interns to monitoring their progress and ensuring compliance with Medicaid standards.

To find the best candidates, you maintain positive relationships with referring agencies and diligently review referrals. You train our interns in a wide range of clinical skills, making sure they meet their performance goals while providing excellent care to our clients. Attentively, you maintain documentation and address any concerns that come up. By diligently overseeing our interns, assisting with budget development, and tackling administrative duties, you directly impact the success and future of our program!
