Student Intern

The P&C Intern for the Pipeline and Recruitment internship program, which is designed to attract and develop high school and college students. During this program the P&C Intern for the Pipeline and Recruitment program will provide strategic support to the Novant Health team, and their assigned preceptor through projects, active participation in meetings, and educational opportunities to clarify interns’ professional goals and exposing them to various healthcare professions. Job Relationships: Reports to and receives assignments from the P&C Director of Pipeline and Recruitment.

• Education: Less Than High School, preferred. Students enrolled in high school or college.
• Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving. Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed. Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner.
