Accounting/Admin Intern

About Us:

As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin Intern to support our Controller and assist with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Aid the Controller in organizing and maintaining financial records.
• Assist with data entry and filing documents.
• Help with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Support in coordinating office supplies and inventory.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing/enrolled or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Duration:

This is an unpaid internship for the initial 90 days, with the opportunity to transition to a paid position based on performance and company needs.
