Engagement Events Intern

As an Engagement Events Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of events that are vital to our organization's success. You will work closely with the events team to assist with various tasks related to donor events for the opening of our new HQ building. From assisting with event templates and plans to ordering supplies and providing administrative support, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our events and create memorable experiences for our attendees.

• Assist with Donor Events for HQ Building Opening: Support the events team in developing templates, plans, and ideas for donor events surrounding the opening of our new HQ building.
• Ordering and Shipping Supplies: Assist in ordering and shipping supplies needed for events, ensuring that all materials arrive on time and in good condition.
• Assist with Templates, Documents, Plans, and Ideas for Red Rocks Events: Collaborate with the events team to develop templates, documents, plans, and creative ideas for events at Red Rocks, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the events team, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with any additional tasks or projects related to event planning and management, as needed.
