Overview

As a Global Lottery Marketing Intern at IGT, we’re looking for someone curious about marketing operations. The position also requires, excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities

• Work with the vendor management tool to add vendors into the system as needed
• Retrieve, download, process, track, and escalate invoices
• Work directly with team members (or vendors) to create PO’s, code invoices, and submit invoices to Accounts PayableWork with Lottery and Gaming SAP systems to ensure invoices are added to the system and paid
• Work closely with Lottery and Gaming Accounts Payable Team when invoices need to be escalated for payment
• As invoices are showing paid in Medius Flow, utilize SAP to confirm payments have been finalized
• Add blanket PO’s and invoice details for Global Lottery Marketing, Global Brand, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, and Global iLottery Marketing to the MC&S invoice tracker spreadsheet
• Keep track of PO available funds in the MC&S invoice tracker spreadsheet
• Request PO’s to be closed/funds to be released from Procurement as needed
• Ensure invoices are billed and addressed to the correct business entity
• Ensure correct cost center and GL codes are coded on invoices
• Code and forward invoices within Medius Flow for approval
• Approve invoices in Medius Flow for Global Lottery Marketing, Brand, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, and Global iLottery Marketing
• Manage calendar and schedule meetings for the VP, Global Lottery Marketing, and Sr. Director, Global Brand, Digital Marketing, & Creative Services 
• Complete expense reports for the VP, Global Lottery Marketing
• Manage travel on behalf of the VP, Global Lottery Marketing and Sr. Director, Global Brand, Digital Marketing & Creative Services
• Approve, decline, and hold meetings for the Presentation Suite, Executive Boardroom, and Idea Studio based on availability (Robin Pena-Brown is Tatiana’s backup here)
• Review monthly industry publications and log competitive ad/article count on the Editorial Competitive Spreadsheet
• Add competitive visual graphics to the Competitive Assessment PowerPoint
• Review customer communication calendar monthly and coordinate between marketing and other departments to ensure no overlap in customer communication
• Review completed Global Lottery Marketing projects monthly and coordinate with project owners for project details to create monthly Global Lottery Marketing Project Recaps
• Analyze files on the Global Lottery Marketing Teams site and organize, archive, and upload files into a new GLM archive site
• Work with Teams site administrators to create a new Teams ‘root’ site for all customer presentations. New root site should have the ability to create new sub-sites for each new customer opportunity
• Analyze recent customer presentation Teams sites and organize, archive and upload into new customer presentations root site
