Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with executive management, VG staff, and management to develop strategies, timelines, and project plans. Conduct research, schedule meetings, and craft project communications. Assist in the creation of training materials, both physical and digital. Undertake additional duties as assigned. Handle protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. HIPAA Requirements: Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling protected health information (PHI) through VG's electronic health record system. Access PHI only as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Aptitude for building relationships and collaborating effectively. Strong oral and written communication skills. Capability for remote work. Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Flexibility to work 16-40 hours per week, depending on the role.
