Join our team as a Customer Service Intern and support key initiatives:

Certification process

· Allocations and monitoring of requests

· Follow up on approvals and communications

· Tracking of certificates (following up with countries, region and global)

Training coordination

· Manage demand list (hubs, gateways, region & countries)

· Manage invitations to participants

· Manage attendants to ensure every participant feels valued and included

Program support

· Trophies packaging/shipments

Events

· Support organizing events

· Awards management

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or in the process of graduating with a BA/BS in Business.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications including excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, organized and accurate.
• Good communication and team working skills.
