Accounts Receivable Intern

We are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Intern to our Accounting team in Earth City, MO. The Accounts Receivable Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, working closely with our experienced team and gaining valuable insights into financial processes

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Other projects as directed by Leadership.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related field or a degree in Accounting
• Prior work experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
