What you will be doing:

Internship candidates will be exposed to the daily operations within one of the resort’s most important departments, Housekeeping. Associates will gain invaluable experience by working various positions such as room attendant, houseperson, and laundry attendant. Specifically, Heart of the House associates will be responsible for providing Service Excellence and Stewardship to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Gain a look behind-the-scenes look with the housekeeping managers to see how they run their department (ex. inventory, payroll, scheduling, etc...).
