Position Overview As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will join our vibrant team to support our administrative and operational functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth running of our office, contributing significantly to our mission of fostering personal growth and enhancing community connections. Key Responsibilities: Mastering the use of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excelling in a fast-paced setting with superb organizational and prioritization abilities. Showcasing remarkable attention to detail, with the capacity to multi-task effectively. Exhibiting self-motivation, proactivity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and resourcefulness. Handling general office coordination, including answering phones, greeting clients, and managing schedules. Maintaining office supply inventory and preparing expense reports. Understanding the mental health and substance abuse industry, with an empathetic approach to client interactions. Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma. A valid driver's license. Experience in administrative roles or relevant fields, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. An affinity for working in mental health or substance abuse fields is a plus. Work Arrangement: This role offers the possibility of limited telework after an initial 90-day period, subject to leadership approval. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
