Are you a proactive and driven undergraduate student passionate about human resources? Join us as a Human Resources Intern and become an integral part of our dynamic team. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while honing your skills and knowledge in HR practices. Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings and maintaining our applicant tracking system.
Support the development of interview materials and participate in special HR projects.
Conduct research on recruitment best practices with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Serve as a point of contact for other interns and maintain confidentiality of HR information. Qualifications: 0-2 years of relevant experience; eager to learn and grow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage competing demands.
