The Translational Science and Medicine (TSM) Specialist will be an intern for the TSM Operational Team and will support further business, operational and clinical excellence in TSM Immunology. May be a catalyst to ongoing projects including onboarding/offboarding, budget workflows and data analysis, capital equipment process improvement, clinical site engagement, clinical site selection, portfolio management and research teamworks.
Essential functions: - Key interface for TSM physicians and scientists to collect information, draw conclusion and make recommendations for further action
- Complete standard methodologies in data management to enable system level software designs
- Process excellence for TSM to automate and standardize activities data visualization and workflow generation/maintenance
Requirements: - Legally authorized to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H1-B, F-1)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, completing minimum undergraduate sophomore year prior to internship start date.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Scientific, Operations and Logistics, Process improvement or engineering degree
- Proficient in Microsoft office (including SharePoint/Teams), Zoom
Preferred: - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visuals
- Power automate
- Coding experience
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $21.00 and $40.00, but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.
