Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on event goals and promotional strategies.
• Ensure all logistics, materials, and personnel are prepared for successful event execution.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand identity and values during on-site promotions.
• Engage with customers and potential clients, providing information about products or services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with event attendees and local communities.
• Oversee the distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise.
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
• Provide regular updates to the marketing team regarding on-site activities and consumer interactions
• Provide support in lead generation and customer acquisition efforts during on-site promotions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
