Digital Marketing Intern

Internship Opportunity: Property Marketing Intern Are you a socially savvy student at Georgia Tech with a passion for marketing and storytelling? We're currently seeking a dynamic and creative Property Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers the chance to support the leasing and marketing efforts for our exciting new student housing development, Rambler Atlanta, located near the Georgia Institute of Technology. What You'll Do: Create engaging blog content to attract visitors through various channels
Craft articles highlighting the Atlanta lifestyle and off-campus living
Participate in video Q&A sessions addressing students' inquiries about local living
Develop and distribute monthly email newsletters
Collaborate on website updates, including blog posts and landing pages
Assist in designing educational resources for our Learning Center
Contribute to the planning and execution of photo and video shoots
Help identify and recruit brand ambassadors for the project
Support the marketing and leasing team with various tasks and projects What We're Looking For: Current student at Georgia Tech, preferably majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Prior experience in social media management or website administration is preferred but not required Work Schedule & Logistics: Flexible work schedule with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
Remote position with occasional on-site responsibilities at Georgia Tech
Pay: $15 per hour
