Digital Marketing Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Intern for the summer. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing operations and projects within the Salesforce Account Engagement platform. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media management.

Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Account Engagement:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand and implement digital marketing strategies within the Salesforce platform.
• Assist in creating and optimizing customer journeys, campaigns, and engagement programs.

1. Email Campaign Management:

• Design and execute email campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create compelling and targeted email content.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

1. Social Media Management:

• Manage and schedule social media posts for CCS LinkedIn page.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and contribute to community conversations.
• Assist in the development of social media content and campaigns.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize existing Salesforce dashboard and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
• Compile and present regular reports on key performance metrics and campaign results.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and results.

• Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).
• Strong interest in digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed hourly salary is $18.00/hr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
