Summary:


We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures while utilizing gained educational knowledge and experience.


Essential Functions:

• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and emerging trends/technology
• Experience in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or other social platforms
• Understanding of marketing metrics including engagement rates, cost per order, ROI, and cost of acquisition
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to work closely with and build relationships with internal Marketing and Creative teams
• Experience leveraging analytics to draw conclusions and influence existing and future media plans & creative executions
• Assist with creative development for social media content including ideation, photo shoot assistance, short form video creation, conduct social media trend research, & compile ad-hoc reporting
• Assist in management of Back-to-School influencer marketing efforts including communication with creators and content approval
• Assist with end-to-end management of Back-to-School digital co-op campaigns including copy support, communication with advertising vendors, updating creative dashboards, ad QA and campaign reporting
• Provide general support for core top of funnel campaigns including asset trafficking and creative dashboard updates
• Management of digital media plans and media agency under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager
• Experience with Ads Manager, Analytics Platforms (IE Adobe or GA) or Social Content Platforms (IE Hootsuite or Sprout Social) preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of copywriting and editing
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be detail oriented
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
• Must have the ability to collaborate with a team and contribute to insights

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to look at computer monitors for 8 hours a day
• Must have the ability to use hands and fingers. Using them to type, manage copiers and/or printers.
• Must be able to exert up to at least 10 lbs. of force occasionally.

Work Environment:


This job is done in a traditional office environment. There will be extended periods of sitting.
