Intern, Product Manager

Waters Corporation is always looking to hire the best and brighest future talent of our company. The Flow and Mechanical Properties Product Management team, in the TA division, is currently looking for a Product Manager located in the New Castle, DE office. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Strategic Segment Managers, Regional Marketing, Sales and Engineering to design and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth in the product portfolio. As the Product Manager, you will be the primary lead for assembling cross functional teams to gather data and insights that will inform the product portfolio strategy.

Based on individual learning objectives and needs of the business, you will gain experience and exposure to the following:

In addition to these skills, you will also have exposure to senior level management across the business. This internship is a great opportuity to gain real-world experience while earning course credits for the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks & begin early June.

• Develop understanding of current market, including sizing and segmentation
• Identify customer acceptance criteria through execution and synthesis customer interviews
• Perform competitive landscape analysis & product positioning strategies
• Craft and propose strategies for future portfolio growth

• 1 st year MBA with an expected graduation date in 2024
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Experience adapting to a dynamic and changing environment
• Self-driven and eager to learn
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and convert to insightful conclusions
• Good communication and presentation skills
