Marketing Intern - Summer

Job Summary:

Duke Manufacturing is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our marketing department. Our internship gives a student the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing Team in supporting a variety of initiatives for the organization and updating our marketing materials. The intern will also be exposed to the processes and management of marketing materials in a professional setting.

Job Duties/Projects:

• Ensuring collateral and spec sheets on our website and rep portal are consistent across locations and are the most current version;
• Organizing our image library for easier access and identification;
• Creating a reference of all materials and their contents to identify future updates and revisions more easily; and,
• Supporting our current Serving Systems A3 process for "discontinued" products and ensuring all relevant materials are updated.

Perform other duties as directed or assigned. The above list of essential duties is not exhaustive. It only defines some of the main responsibilities. The intern may be required to perform additional tasks not listed above.

Job Qualifications:

• Student currently enrolled in any bachelor's degree program
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive and teachable spirit
• Understanding of different marketing techniques
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Schedule and Location:

• Duration: Summer 2024 - May to August
• Location: St. Louis, MO
• Hybrid work flexibility (minimum of 1 day on-site)
• Hours are flexible and we can work with you to accommodate your current class schedule.
