招募要求（优先级排序）

硬性条件：
- 毕业时间：2027届及以后毕业，目标院系（数学/物理/计算机/金融工程）
- 已有院级影响力（学生会干部、社团负责人、竞赛获奖者优先）
- 行业热情: 对量化行业充满热情，立志在该领域长期发展。
- 价值认同：认同 Scientech 的公司文化和价值观，愿意传播公司品牌
软性要求：
- 社交能力：具备出色的社交能力，拥有丰富的院校社群资源，能够快速拓展人脉。至少运营1个200人以上社群，或主办过校级活动优先。
- 活动参与度: 热衷参与校园活动，积极组织并动员同学参与公司相关活动
- 行业认知：能清晰表述对量化交易的理解（需提交1分钟自我推荐视频）
