We are currently looking for a Fragrance Development Intern at our Plainsboro, New Jersey office. The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025 Our standard working hours are Monday - Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week) Join our Fragrance Development Team as an intern and gain invaluable professional experience. Your key responsibilities Assist the fragrance development managers (FDMs) in fragrance evaluation Assist the FDMs in sampling requests Evaluate alongside with FDMs Help search for inspiring cross-category products at brief on-set Help decant market products for FDMs Participate in meetings alongside with FDMs We bring Opportunities for students to develop skills and expand their professional connections within a company where sustainability is not just a slogan, but is at the core of our strategy and purpose. You Bring Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Marketing or related field Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 - August 14, 2025 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Has a strong interest in fragrances and new product launches/social media launches The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.
