Title: 2026 Bold Beginners - Project Management Intern

Location: NYC/NJ Hybrid

Department/Discipline: Project Management 

Overview:

The PM Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shadow and contribute to initiatives through engaging, meaningful work assignments. The intern will have a hands-on learning experience that will help develop a strong foundation in healthcare advertising.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborates across agency departments and clients to deliver on brand needs.


• Builds a working knowledge of the client’s business and organization.


• Attends meetings to see client and/or agency support in action.


• Learns the ins and outs of a creative brief and support client strategy.


• Regularly works 1:1 with your team and manager.


• Shadows various meetings with your assigned team.


• Collaborates with other interns on a group project and presentation for one of our clients.


• Networks with various health teams.


• Maintains and distributes daily hot sheets.


• Supports the development of creative assets and production of digital advertising and marketing tactics.


• Assists your team with weekly budget tracking and burn reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience: 0+ years


• Area of Expertise: Coursework related to advertising/marketing, and/or healthcare


• Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, & recent graduates are encouraged to apply 

Competencies:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills required


• Possesses solid presentatioin skills 


• Multitasking skills 


• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)


• Willing to learn

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States.   Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
