Position/Title: Capital Markets - Intern

Position

We are seeking a 2026 Summer Intern for the Capital Markets team. This position will be part of Pretium’s eight-week Summer Internship Program. Our program includes formal PowerPoint and Excel training as well as other learning programs, and the internship will provide a unique experience and invaluable look into a rapidly growing asset manager, working with industry leaders on meaningful projects. Interns will have the opportunity to make significant professional contributions while developing expertise in a dynamic team environment. The position is based in New York, New York, and requires in-office attendance no less than four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Capital Markets team in the preparation and execution of ABS securitizations


• Deliver key market insights to senior management by analyzing and tracking data from both the securitization and broader financing markets to identify and monitor emerging trends


• Financial modeling and capital planning for various Pretium investment vehicles


• Funding assets on acquisition warehouse credit facilities


• Collateral management (diligence, valuation, etc.) for securitizations and warehouse financings


• Collaborating with other Pretium teams on ad hoc requests

Requirements

• Candidate must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (rising Senior - Class of 2027)


• GPA 3.4 or above required


• Majoring in Finance or Accounting preferred


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite


• Highly proactive with a strong work ethic and ability to work both independently as well as part of a highly collaborative team


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)


• Passion to use data and collaborate with broader teams


• Strong desire to learn
