Citnalta Construction Summer 2026 Internships

Citnalta is hiring Summer 2026 Interns to join our teams and gain hands-on experience supporting active construction projects from the field to the office.

Interns will be immersed in real project environments and will work alongside experienced professionals who will provide mentorship, guidance, and exposure to the day-to-day operations that drive successful construction projects.

Preferred Majors

We are particularly interested in students currently pursing degrees in:

• Civil Engineering (strongly preferred)


• Construction Management


• Mechanical Engineering


• Other related engineer or construction-focused disciplines

What You’ll Gain

Interns will have the opportunity to:

• Support active construction projects through field and/or office-based responsibilities


• Learn core processes related to planning, scheduling, coordination, and jobsite execution


• Work directly with project teams and collaborate with multiple departments


• Build professional connections with peers and mentors across Citnalta

Ideal Candidate Profile

Successful candidates are students who demonstrate:

• Genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in construction and the industry


• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment


• Professionalism, accountability, and the ability to work as part of a team


• Curiosity and initiative in both field and office settings


• Microsoft Office computer skills
