Your Next Career Opportunity – Zoning Compliance Intern

Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct research on zoning ordinances, land‑use policies, and planning best practices for zoning reports.

• Prepare maps and visual materials using GIS or other mapping systems (i.e. ArcGIS).

• Assist with reviewing zoning applications for compliance with municipal codes and land‑use regulations.

• Draft professional correspondence and presentation materials for internal use.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external teams.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience.
