Analyzing current warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Conducting time studies, work sampling, and process observations Mapping workflows using tools such as process maps and value stream maps Assisting in the design and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Supporting Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen improvement initiatives Collecting, validating, and analyzing operational data (productivity, cycle time, error rates, etc.) Identifying waste (motion, waiting, overprocessing, inventory, etc.) and proposing solutions Testing and documenting process improvements and best practices Training or assisting staff on new or improved procedures SAP Geek+ Celonis Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering, Supply chain or Operations management GPA 3.0 or above preferred
