Do you enjoy working with people, supporting clients, and getting into the mix on set? Jpixx is looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Account Producer Intern to join our team this fall/winter! This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the ropes of production, project management, and client communication all in one internship.

Location: Virginia Beach, VA (On-Site)

Type: Part-Time | Paid Internship (20–40 hrs/week based on production needs)

What You’ll Do

This internship is perfect for a recent graduate (or someone actively seeking production and client service experience) who wants a broad understanding of what goes into producing creative video work. You’ll be supporting our accounts team on client projects and handling occasional PA responsibilities on set. Flexibility and clear communication are key—some weeks will be 20 hours, others may jump to 40 depending on shoot schedules.

Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with pre-production planning, schedules, and client coordination
• Supporting producers during on-set productions as a production assistant (PA)
• Helping manage and update client communication and CRM tools
• Organizing documents, call sheets, and creative briefs
• Pitching in wherever needed to lighten the load on account managers and improve workflow - some additional admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current student in Communications, Media, Marketing, Production, or a related field
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable being on set and assisting in a fast-paced environment
• Able to shift priorities quickly and manage fluctuating schedules
• Experience with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and CRM tools is a plus
• Passion for storytelling, creative production, and client service
• Must be local to Virginia Beach/Southside area and able to work on-site

This is a paid internship, designed to give you strong professional experience and mentorship. Hours will start around 20 per week, with the possibility of increasing to 30–40 depending on our production calendar.
