Responsibilities:

  • Annual Company Stock Purchase
  
  
  • Vendor Invoice Reconciliation and Payment Processing
  
  
  • Multi-State Sales and Use Tax Reconciliation
  
  
  • Fixed Asset Accounting
  
  
  • Multi-State Unclaimed Property Compliance
  
  
  • Accounting System Vendor Maintenance
  
  
  
  


• Strong oral/written communication and computer skills


• Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy


• Competent in Microsoft Excel

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
