Accounting Internship

This internship seeks to provide hands-on experience in Accounting.

Interns can expect to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Route invoices to internal parties for payment approval and post into accounting system


• Perform account analysis and general ledger review


• Assist with monthly closing process


• Create, send, and track lien waivers


• Perform general office duties like scanning, filing, answering the phone


• Reconcile monthly vendor statements


• Review credit card statements for accuracy against receipts


• Special projects as needed

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
