Job Description - Administrative Intern - Summer 2026

Administrative Intern – Summer 2026 – Life Scan Wellness Centers

Great opportunity for a Business, Finance or Health Administration student!
As a nationally recognized medical practice that provides prevention-based screenings, physicals and fitness evaluations for Firefighters and Police Officers, our mission is to help save the lives of those that work tirelessly each day to protect ours
Working closely with our leadership team here in Tampa to include our CAO, Director of Projects/IT and Director of Operations you will assist with various HR/Administrative/Operational tasks

Timeframe: June- August - PART-TIME

Days: 2 days a week (Monday-Friday) on-site at our offices in S. Tampa (1011 N. MacDill Avenue Tampa, 33607)

Pay/Perks:

Paid Internship - Competitive hourly rate
Recommendation letter from our leadership team

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in college and in good standing
Able to work 2 days a week on-site
Strong computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
