Role and Responsibilities: 

• Exposure to System Level Meetings 

• Corporate/HTPN/BSWQA Rotations 

• One on One Meetings with System Leadership 

• System Leadership Meetings 

• Exposure to Frontline Staff 

• Gain an understanding of the specific roles within each department and how they connect to the overall operations. 

• Hospital Department Rotations 

• One on One Meetings with Department Leaders 

• Exposure to Clinical Staff 

• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to obtain clinical insights into healthcare delivery. 

• HTPN/BSWQA Meetings & Projects 


• HTPN Clinic Visits 


• Exposure to External & Community Events 

• Opportunity to attend community events such as healthcare associations and committees, healthcare conferences, and other appropriate healthcare agencies. 

• ACHE Events 

• DFWHC Board of Trustee Meetings 

• BSWQA Payor Meetings
