About the role

We're hiring five sharp, curious interns to spend the summer at the intersection of AI and talent. You'll get hands-on exposure to how modern AI tools actually work, and you'll put them to use on a real problem: finding exceptional people. This isn't a fetch-coffee internship. You'll own a genuine sourcing mandate and have room to experiment with unconventional methods to reach candidates other recruiters miss. We're looking for standout students who have built or led something real.

What you'll do

• Learn to use AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation) to research, identify, and evaluate candidates at scale

• Build and test creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies that go beyond the usual LinkedIn search

• Mine unconventional channels (communities, open-source projects, niche forums, events) to surface hidden talent

• Draft compelling, personalized outreach and track what actually gets responses

• Maintain a clean candidate pipeline and share what's working with the team

• Present your findings and recommendations at the end of the summer

Who you are

• A current college student with a strong academic record

• Resourceful and self-directed, someone who enjoys figuring things out and trying things others haven't

• A clear writer and strong communicator

• Someone who has built or led something you're proud of, whether that's research, a startup-ish project, a hackathon, a club, or a team

• Comfortable being scrappy with new tools. No prior recruiting experience required

• Available in-person for the full internship period
